  • BSN – Traditional 4-year program

  • MSN – Focus in Population Health Nursing

  • DNP – Project focused on reducing ICU patient agitation using music listening interventions (measured by RASS scores)

I have over a decade of nursing experience and a strong background in quality improvement, clinical education, and student mentorship.
